We are two brothers: Tom and Ed.

Farmers, food lovers, chefs and experienced event traders.

Ed is the culinary genius and Tom the businessman and fixer!

After years of training in several leading hospitality and kitchen jobs, Ed had a eureka moment whilst traveling through California. The fresh, colourful, healthy and exciting taco scene opened a whole new world of relaxed, social and fun street food!! It was the answer- serve the food that excited us.

2 years of learning, experimenting, exploring and developing later, we joined forces using Tom’s knowledge and track record from his successful Strawberry Stop event catering business and Ed’s chef and restaurant management training and career. Ted’s Tacos is now ready to bring our fun, vibrant food to festivals, stadiums and events nationwide!!
